Yes, I wrote a fitness book. Please stop laughing.

Writing for a living means you get to write lots of things. And apart from the spooky stuff, the coaching, and the ghosting … I’ve been the editor / curator / writer of publications for doctors for about eight years now — audio and print. My editorship of Diabetes Insight was one of the best gigs i ever had and sadly, the publish recently ceased publication of that.

However …

I ended up with a crazy amount of health information stuck in my head, especially about chronic conditions like weight control, high blood pressure, heart health, exercise, and good ol’ diabetes. So when Post Hill Press had this idea about a book on Twitter founder Jack Dorsey’s unusual regimen — ice baths, walking to work, intermittent fasting and so much more — they came to me to see if i could talk about which of these practices — if any — were actually worth pursuing, and how it could happen. You can download a chapter free, right here …
